Meeting passes
• 2x full meeting passes are included with each 3x2m stand booking
• These passes give access to all areas of the meeting
• Order these passes by emailing us the names and email addresses of your team members
• Additional passes can be ordered via the registration site
• Please note the early bird and standard rate deadline dates – order your passes asap to avoid paying late prices – Rates are shown in the table below.
Group Invoices
• If you have 5 or more passes to pay for, we can create a group invoice for you
• Email our office for instructions and we will generate within 48 hours
• Group invoices must be paid for by card or bank transfer within 7 days
Deadline for requesting a group invoice: Monday 17 April
Stand Builder passes
• Notify us by emailing us the names of your stand build team.
• They will be given a wrist band for access to build your stand.
• If they are required to be on your stand during the meeting (10-12 May) please purchase additional Exhibitor passes via the registration site

Deadline for requesting stand build wrist bands: Monday 24 April
Please Note
All team members must be registered in advance of the meeting.
If a staff member turns up who has not been registered in advance, they will need to register and pay by card before entry.
