Our A6 mini programme, similar to the one shown here, will double up as a badge.

The following information is included in the mini programme:

All Exhibitors
• Company logo
• 100 words

Lunchtime symposia sponsors
• Full page advert: 105 x 148mm (111 x 154mm with bleed)
• Supply as a CMYK jpeg or PDF file

Silent symposia sponsors
• 1/3 page advert: 105 x 50mm (111 x 56mm with bleed)
• Supply as a CMYK jpeg or PDF file

Deadline for all mini programme content: Monday 27 March

Publicity: The ABN app
All Exhibitors: A profile page on the meeting app
• 100 words of text
• Logo: 500×500 pix RGB jpeg or png file
• Banner advert: 950w x 380h pix RGB jpeg or png file
• PDF up to 12 pages long
• Email button – supply email address
Deadline for sending app content: Monday 24 April

2x Poster-board spaces
Annual Sponsors
• 2x poster-board spaces in the poster exhibition area
• Posters should be designed as A0 portrait (841mm wide x 1189mm high)
• Content can be Commercial or Medical in nature
• Send digital copies of your design(s) for approval by the ABN/IICN, and let us know if you want your posters to be considered Commercial or Medical so we can place them appropriately
• We recommend you wait until approval has been given prior to production
• Produce and bring your posters with you to the ICC
Deadline for sending your digital proofs for approval: Friday 7 April
If you do not inform us you are bringing poster(s), no board spaces will be provided

Risk Assessment & Method Statement
• All exhibitors are required to carry out their own risk assessment and supply us with a copy
• Larger stand builds, if indicated, should also supply a method statement to accompany the above
Deadline: Monday 17 April

• All Exhibitors are required to supply us with proof of public liability insurance cover
• Access to the exhibition hall will not be permitted unless this is received
• Any contractor you use will also be required to provide this.

Please note: Whilst we take every precaution to protect your property during the event, we are not responsible for any loss or damage and we recommend that you be fully insured. In particular, you should protect yourself against costs incurred due to abandonment, cancellation or curtailment of the event due to reasons beyond our control.

Contractors & Vehicle Passes
• If you have contractors to build / de-rig your stand, they will need passes to get into Hall 1
• Please email a full list of names and vehicle registrations to so we can have passes waiting for you
• Delivery slots will be allocated due to limited access to the delivery bay at Hall 1 (This will be arranged nearer the time by email)
